Audience, Agents, Scale
Shipping is getting easier. Distribution is the bottleneck.
Over Q1, Orange continues to solve that bottleneck in product.
The Orange app is now the place where discovery, engagement, and rewards come together. It turns Orange activity into something creators can actually launch into, with an audience loop that can compound.
The numbers back it up. The stack is being used, and it’s growing!
The Numbers That Matter
In the three months of Q1, Orange crossed 30 million mainnet transactions, onboarded 2.9 million smart accounts, and grew live projects from 630 to over 1,000.
Live projects: 630 → 1,000+ (+58%)
Active creators: 121 → 342 (+182%)
Transactions: 15M processed in Q1, total past 30M
Smart accounts: 2.9M onboarded
And as of end March, Orange represented approximately 8% of Avalanche’s daily transaction volume, five months after mainnet launch.
The Orange App: The Audience Layer Going Live
Bigger numbers are good. Better loops are what compound.
The Orange app shipped in March at app.orangeweb3.com.
We intended a controlled trial of around 150 participants. We ended up with 1,256 in the first month. That is welcomed traction, and it gives us real behaviour to tune the returning user loop as we open it wider.
Creators are no longer publishing into scattered surfaces. They are shipping into a place where discovery, identity, rewards, and monetisation can connect as one system.
Multi Model Agents In A World
Q1 is also where agents became a first class citizen in the ecosystem.
We dropped eight different AI models into a single Orange World as avatars, then let the room run live. They talked, argued, teamed up, and started proposing what to build next. It was chaotic in the best way, and it showed something important: when agents can share a space with humans, creation starts to look like coordination.
Read the two writeups: what happened when we let agents loose and what they designed after living in Orange Worlds.
If you want to run it yourself, the Bot Launcher is live inside the Orange app.
The point was to preview what comes next. Agents will not just help people build faster. They will help run the build, coordinate the work, and launch into real distribution.
That is exactly the direction Orange is built for.
Agent Jam Becomes A Monthly Flywheel
Agent Jam is now deep in the scoring window (April 1 to April 30), and it is already doing what we wanted: pulling fresh builds into Orange and turning them into real experiences people can actually use.
This is not a hackathon where the best deck wins. It is a live experiment in outcomes. Builders are shipping with agents, users are spending Credits inside the submitted apps, and the leaderboard is being written by demand.
In Q2, Agent Jam rolls into a monthly cadence. That means a new wave of projects landing regularly, a constant stream of new things for explorers to try, and a repeatable distribution loop for creators inside the Orange app.
In other words, it becomes a growth engine, not a one off event.
Token Update
One material change is the $JUC burn rate will be adjusted from 7 $JUC per transaction to 1 $JUC.
Per transaction costs settled well below initial projections, and transaction volume is now high enough that a 1 per transaction burn keeps the mechanism sustainable across the full first year. Lower burn per transaction, higher volume, same direction.
$ORNG supply remains fixed at one billion and it remains listed on Gate. As creator monetisation activates in Q2, $ORNG becomes increasingly structural because every creator token deployed through Orange uses $ORNG as its backing pair.
What Q2 Looks Like
The foundation is in place. Q2 is about acceleration.
Partner onboarding during Q1 start hitting the transaction chart
A major SEA campaign kicks off to bring new explorers and creators into the Orange app and start new engagement loops at scale
Creator monetisation goes live
More third parties ship and announce on Orange
Agent Jam rolls into a monthly program, creating a steady stream of shipped projects
Q2 is about turning traction into an economy. More creators earning. More partners distributing. More reasons for users to come back every day.
